What you'll be doing:

• Ensuring the educational, social, physical, emotional, health, and welfare needs of children are always met, following all our policies and procedures. ✅
• Getting involved in children's activities to spark their curiosity and help them learn and grow. 💡
• Showing genuine care and understanding towards both the children and their families. ❤️
• Helping welcome new children into our facility and making their induction smooth and positive. 👋
• Assisting with keeping all important records up-to-date, meeting internal, E.Y.D.C.P, and Ofsted standards. 📄
• Actively promoting and maintaining excellent health and safety practices. 🛡️
• Responding effectively to any health and safety concerns that pop up and reporting them as needed. 🚨
• Participating in training and meetings organised by the Management Team. 🤝
• Taking on any other duties that align with the general nature of this role, as requested by the Management Team. 🚀
