We're looking for a creative and driven Content Creator to join our team and help us bring our products to life online! If you're passionate about visual storytelling and have a knack for making things look good, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do:

• Produce Awesome Visuals: Create top-notch product photography, from clean packshots to detailed close-ups and simple lifestyle shots that make our products shine. ✨
• Master Short-Form Video: Develop engaging short videos like product demos, easy-to-follow installation guides, and videos that highlight product benefits. 🎬
• Edit Like a Pro: Use your digital editing skills to polish and deliver content that meets our business needs. 💻
• Build Our In-House Content Game: Help us move from relying on agencies to creating amazing content right here. We need speed and efficiency to hit our deadlines! 🚀
• Adapt & Conquer: Tailor content for different platforms – think e-commerce sites, internal systems, and all our marketing efforts. 🌐
• Support Sales & Customers: Craft clear and impactful content to explain why customers should choose OSRAM, how to install and use our products, and highlight key features and comparisons. 🤝
• Maintain Our Vibe: Help us define and stick to visual guidelines for lighting, framing, and style, ensuring our content is consistent across all our brands and channels. 💯
• Streamline Production: Contribute to developing templates and repeatable formats to make our content creation process scalable. 🏗️
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work hand-in-hand with Marketing, Product Management, and Sales teams to understand what content they need. Bring your ideas and feedback to help us continuously improve our formats, tools, and processes. 💡

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in producing high-quality product photography and short-form video.
• Proficiency with digital content editing tools.
• Strong understanding of visual content standards and consistency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt content for various platforms.
• A proactive and innovative mindset.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in developing training materials.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and marketing content strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high-quality product photography, including packshots, detailed images and simple lifestyle visuals
• Create short-form video content, including product demonstrations, installation guides and product benefit explanations
• Edit and deliver content using appropriate digital tools in line with business requirements
• Adapt content for multiple uses, including e-commerce platforms, internal tools and marketing materials
• Work closely with Marketing, Product Management and Sales teams to understand content needs
