• 🔬 Prep our surgeries like a pro: sterilise instruments 🧼, keep everything spotless, and maintain A+ infection control standards.
• 👩‍⚕️ Work side-by-side with our clinicians during treatments, ensuring everything is seamless.
• 💻 Accurately update patient records, keeping everything GDPR compliant and confidential. 🔒
• 💖 Make sure our patients feel comfortable, reassured, and totally taken care of throughout their visit.
• 📦 Keep an eye on our stock and equipment, making sure we're always ready to go.
• ✨ Maintain clean, safe, and fully equipped clinical areas – presentation is key!

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians.
• Assist with patient welcome, enquiries, and comfort.
• Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control.
• Accurately update patient records and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Monitor and manage stock, equipment, and surgery readiness.
