• Building strong relationships with parents and guardians, keeping them in the loop about progress and development. 🗣️
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment for everyone. ✅
• Being a champion for safeguarding and child protection policies. 🛡️
• Confidently using technology to enhance our programs. 💻
• Assisting with setting up and packing down activities and spaces. 📦
