Your mission will involve:

• Processing prescriptions under supervision.
• Accurately preparing medicines for checking.
• Using our pharmacy computer system.
• Supporting pharmacists with prescription queries and patient concerns.
• Providing excellent customer service, whether in person, on the phone, or online. 📞
• Managing stock and keeping our pharmacy tidy and safe. 🧹
• Following all our procedures to ensure safety and confidentiality. 🔒
• Completing your Pharmacy Services Assistant apprenticeship. 🎓

Key responsibilities

• Assist with processing and preparing prescriptions under appropriate supervision.
• Operate the pharmacy computer system to generate labels and update patient records.
• Manage and maintain pharmacy stock, including receiving and checking deliveries.
• Provide polite, professional and helpful service to patients and customers.
• Adhere to pharmacy standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and complete all required training.
