• Styling & Finishing: From blow-drying to creating stunning looks, you'll learn it all. 💨
• Colour Basics: Get hands-on with hair colouring, understanding consultations and safety protocols. 🎨
• Client Consultations: Become a master at understanding client needs and recommending the perfect services. 🗣️
• Salon Savvy: Keep the salon sparkling, safe, and professional, with a strong focus on hygiene and health & safety. 🧼

Your Apprenticeship Journey:

Most of your learning will be hands-on in the salon, putting your new skills to the test. You'll also attend regular training sessions with Reflections Training Academy (usually one day every two weeks) to hone your techniques, boost your knowledge, and work towards your recognized qualification. You'll build a strong foundation and progress as your confidence and abilities soar. 📈 Plus, you'll develop awesome transferable skills like teamwork, organisation, communication, and problem-solving! 🌟
