🚀 Apprenticeship: Project Controls Support 🚀
Why this role is your launchpad:
Want to be the glue that keeps massive projects from going sideways? 🤯 This is your chance to learn the ins and outs of how project teams crush their goals. You'll be supporting schedules, budgets, risk management, and reporting – basically, equipping teams with the intel they need to make killer, data-driven decisions. 📊
The Deets:
- Entry Requirements: Got 5 GCSEs at grade 4/C or above (including Maths & English)? Plus 3 A Levels at CCC or above, a T Level Pass, or a BTEC Extended Diploma at MMM? Nice! 🙌 Bonus points if your qualifications are in Maths, Analytics, Business, Stats, Economics, or IT.
- Security Check: You'll need to be a British National, 18+ by April 1, 2027, and willing to get and keep the necessary security clearance. 🔒
- Your Workstation: Based onsite at AWE Aldermaston and/or Burghfield. Your reward for crushing it? Every other Friday off! 😎

Once you've aced your apprenticeship, you could be on your way to becoming a Project Controls Practitioner! You'll be instrumental in helping teams manage schedules, costs, and risks for projects that are crucial to AWE's mission. 🚀
What Happens After You Hit "Apply":

2. Online Testing: If you meet the criteria, get ready for numerical, verbal, logical, and cognitive reasoning tests. Practice materials? Yep, we got you! 🧠
3. Assessment Centre: Successful candidates will be invited to an in-person assessment centre on November 23, 2026.
4. Offer, Medical & Clearance: If you shine, you'll move onto the offer, medical, and security clearance stages before joining us on September 1, 2027.
