Programme Breakdown:

• Years 1–2: Foundation Stage (Junior Paralegal to Paralegal) 🧱
• Kick off as a Junior Paralegal and get stuck into two 12-month rotations across different legal teams.
• Your academic studies will mirror the early years of a law degree, covering core subjects like public law, contract law, tort law, dispute resolution, legal research, and essential professional skills.
• Your day-to-day tasks will range from legal admin and research to getting your first taste of client work.

• Years 3–4: Development Stage (Paralegal to Senior Paralegal) 📈
• Continue your journey with two more 12-month rotations, stepping up to more complex legal challenges.
• Academic study expands to cover areas like criminal law, land law, company law, trusts law, plus advanced coaching and professional practice skills.
• Benefit from ongoing support and mentorship to sharpen your legal and commercial edge.

• Years 5–6: Trainee Solicitor Stage 🌟
• Join our Trainee Solicitor cohort and complete four 6-month seat rotations.
• This is where you'll gear up for and ace your Solicitors Qualifying Examinations (SQE).
• Your responsibilities and client exposure will grow, mirroring that of a newly qualified solicitor.
