Ready to ditch the textbooks and dive into the real deal? ⚖️ Our 6-year Legal Solicitor Apprenticeship is your fast-track to becoming a qualified solicitor, blending hands-on experience with earning your law degree. Get involved from day one, tackle exciting projects, and see your hard work make a genuine impact. 🚀 You'll be working with a diverse range of clients across industries like Future Energy, Digital, Financial Services, Leisure, Food & Drink, Public Sector, Real Estate, and Retail & Consumer Goods.

Programme Breakdown:

• Years 1–2: Foundation Stage 🧠
• Start as a Junior Paralegal, then progress to Paralegal.
• Two 12-month rotations to explore different legal teams.
• Academic study mirrors the early years of a law degree: public law, contract law, tort law, dispute resolution, legal research, and professional practice skills.
• Your work will involve legal admin, research, and getting your first taste of client matters.

• Years 3–4: Development Stage 📈
• Advance to Senior Paralegal.
• Two more 12-month rotations, tackling more complex legal tasks.
• Academic study expands to criminal law, land law, company law, trusts law, and honing your coaching and professional practice skills.
• Receive ongoing guidance and mentoring to sharpen your legal and commercial edge.

• Years 5–6: Trainee Solicitor Stage 🏆
• Join the Trainee Solicitor cohort with four 6-month seat rotations.
• Prepare for and ace your Solicitors Qualifying Examinations (SQE).
• Your responsibilities will mirror those of a newly qualified solicitor, with increased client interaction and ownership.
