You'll work with leading clients across dynamic sectors like Future Energy ⚡, Digital 💻, Financial Services 📈, Leisure 🏖️, Food & Drink 🍔, Public Sector 🏛️, Real Estate 🏘️, and Retail & Consumer Goods 🛍️.

Here's the Journey:

• Years 1-2: Foundation Stage (Junior Paralegal to Paralegal)
• Start as a Junior Paralegal with two 12-month rotations in different legal teams.
• Your academic studies will cover the fundamentals of law and practice, like public law, contract law, tort law, dispute resolution, legal research, and professional skills. 📚
• Your day-to-day will involve legal admin, research, and initial exposure to client cases.

• Years 3-4: Development Stage (Paralegal to Senior Paralegal)
• Continue with two more 12-month rotations, tackling more complex legal tasks.
• Academic focus expands to areas such as criminal law, land law, company law, trusts law, and advanced coaching & professional skills.
• Benefit from ongoing supervision and mentoring to sharpen your legal and commercial edge. 💪

• Years 5-6: Trainee Solicitor Stage
• Join our Trainee Solicitor cohort for four 6-month seat rotations.
• Prepare for and complete your Solicitors Qualifying Examinations (SQE).
• Your responsibilities will increasingly mirror those of a newly qualified solicitor, with greater autonomy and client engagement. ✨
