Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient chairside support to clinicians and ensure high standards of patient care.
• Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control to CQC standards.
• Assist clinicians during treatments and accurately update patient records in line with GDPR.
• Welcome patients, assist with appointment scheduling, and handle basic patient enquiries.
• Monitor and manage stock, maintain clean clinical areas, and uphold patient confidentiality.
