What you'll be doing:

• Installing a variety of integrated systems, making sure everything meets customer specs and follows all safety rules. 💯
• Handling service calls, troubleshooting issues, and keeping existing security products like Dahua & Ajax systems in perfect working order. Think remote CCTV and intruder detection – you'll be the expert! 🕵️‍♂️
• Being the face of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers, resolving any concerns swiftly and effectively. 👋
• Collaborating with your awesome colleagues to ensure installations are seamless, efficient, and totally meet client expectations. 🤝
• Teaming up with the General Manager and Operations team, plus our RVRC Operators and Technical staff, to maximize service and maintenance visits, hitting those daily and weekly goals. 🎯
• Working hand-in-hand with the Technical Service team to nail those 'first fix' opportunities and using remote diagnostics to solve problems like a champ. 💻
• Keeping your van and unit stock in check, managing inventory, and ensuring all used stock is accounted for. ✅
• Returning faulty or unused stock promptly. 📦
• Crushing those job-related targets consistently – daily, weekly, and monthly! Keeping the General Manager and Operations team in the loop if any hurdles pop up. 📈
• Following all directions from the Operations team and General Manager. 💯
• Communicating clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with everyone – clients and colleagues alike! 🗣️✍️
• Representing Davis Site Security with a professional and positive vibe to everyone you meet. 😎
• Reporting any near misses or accidents immediately. 🚨

Key responsibilities

• Install integrated systems according to customer specifications and safety regulations.
• Undertake service, fault finding, and maintenance of security products and systems.
• Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Manage and replenish stock, ensuring accurate allocation to jobs.
• Work as directed by the Operations team and General Manager.
