Here's what your day-to-day might look like:

• Be the first friendly face patients see, greeting them and helping with appointments. 👋🗓️
• Handle patient questions like a pro, with professionalism and a smile. 😄
• Get our surgeries prepped and pristine – think sterilising instruments and keeping infection control on point. 🧼🔬
• Be the clinician's right-hand person during treatments, and keep patient records up-to-date and GDPR compliant. ✍️
• Make sure our patients feel comfy, reassured, and have an awesome dental experience. 😊🦷
• Keep our stock, equipment, and surgeries fully stocked and ready to go. 📦
• Maintain super clean, safe, and well-equipped clinical areas. 💯
• Uphold patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality like a superhero. 🦸‍♀️
• Team up with dentists and the rest of the squad to deliver safe, efficient, and amazing care. 🤝🚀

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient chairside support to clinicians during treatments.
• Assist with patient welcoming, enquiries, and overall comfort.
• Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control standards.
• Update patient records accurately and uphold confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
• Monitor and manage stock, equipment, and surgery readiness.
