Your day-to-day could involve a bit of everything across the practice, including:
- Front Desk Fab: Handling reception duties, answering calls, and giving our patients a warm welcome. 👋
- Patient Power: Answering patient questions and making sure they feel supported. 🤗
- Smooth Sailing: Managing appointment bookings and follow-ups to keep everything running like clockwork. ⏰
- Sterile & Ready: Preparing and sterilizing equipment to ensure the highest standards of hygiene. 🧼
- Record Rockstar: Accurately recording and managing patient information. 📂
- Patient Experience Pro: Contributing to a positive and comfortable dental experience for everyone. 😊
- Clean & Tidy: Maintaining cleanliness of dental areas, including the chairs. 🧹
- Stock Savvy: Keeping an eye on our equipment and supply levels. 📦

Key responsibilities
