IT Support Technician 🚀

What you'll be doing:

• Acting as the first point of contact for all IT-related queries, offering friendly and efficient first-line support. 👋
• Troubleshooting a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues to get everyone back online ASAP. 💻
• Assisting with the setup and upkeep of various devices, including laptops, desktops, and tablets. 📱
• Helping to manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring everyone has the access they need. 🔑
• Maintaining accurate records of our IT assets and inventory. 📚
• Supporting software installations, updates, and general system maintenance. ⚙️
• Collaborating with the wider IT team on ongoing projects and initiatives to improve our services. 🤝
• Making sure all your work aligns with our Trust policies and data protection standards. ✅

Key responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to staff and students.

Entry requirements

GCSE in: (English (grade 5), Maths (grade 4))
