What you'll be doing:

• Scouting for the best: Proactively finding top-notch candidates for dealership and central admin positions.
• Chatting with the pros: Working closely with hiring managers to understand exactly what they're looking for in their next team member. 🤝
• Crafting killer ads: Developing engaging content for online adverts and special marketing campaigns. 📣
• Broadcasting the message: Using all sorts of channels to attract talent – think database searching, social media vibes, networking, referrals, and events. 🌐
• First impressions count: Pre-screening candidates to make sure they're a great fit before they meet the team. ✅
• Making it happen: Supporting recruitment activities by scheduling and planning interviews like a pro. 📅
• Data wizardry: Producing key performance indicators (KPIs) on recruitment activities and costs. 📊
• Strategic planning: Actively managing resourcing plans in line with our Global Recruitment policy and hitting our headcount targets, working super close with our HR Business Partners. 🎯
• Apprentice champion: Ensuring our annual apprentice recruitment and intake is handled smoothly and that they get a fantastic induction. 🌱

Key responsibilities

• Assist with proactive candidate sourcing for vacancies.

• Aid in pre-screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
