As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll be a rockstar, building awesome relationships with kids and their families as a Key Person. You'll provide top-notch care and learning for babies right up to preschool age, focusing on their physical, social, emotional, and brainy development. 🧠 Got experience with babies? Even better! You'll be their champion, supporting their routines, well-being, and early growth.

We're big on creative play and getting outdoors, so expect fun, engaging activities that spark curiosity and get kids ready for school! 🎨🌳 You'll be observing and tracking their progress, keeping awesome learning journals, and partnering with parents to share all the cool stuff happening. Plus, you'll be a pro at boosting their communication, independence, and positive vibes. 💪

Your daily mission will include:

• Personal Care: Supporting nappy changing, toileting, feeding, and hygiene. 🧼

• Settling In: Supporting transitions for children. 👋

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care, learning, and support for children from babies through to preschool age.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that support children’s physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Carry out observations and assessments, tracking children’s progress and identifying next steps in learning.
• Support personal care needs, including nappy changing, toileting, feeding, and hygiene.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, confidentiality, and infection control procedures.
