Apprentice Learning Practitioner 🤩

Join the Dingley's Promise family as an Apprentice Learning Practitioner! 🥳 You'll be an integral part of our amazing team, teaming up with therapists and senior staff to craft awesome and impactful learning journeys for young children with unique developmental paths. 🚀

What you'll be doing:

• Getting hands-on with children through fun 'shared play' and 'reflective' interactions. 🤝
• Putting specific teaching and learning strategies into action when the time is right. 🧠
• Tuning into children's emotional needs and knowing how to be there for them. ❤️
• Sharpening your observation skills and becoming a go-to person for a group of key children (with guidance from our senior team!). 👀
• Contributing to activities and experiences that align with our awesome curriculum. ✨

Key responsibilities

• Interact with children using shared play or reflective approaches
• Use particular teaching/learning strategies with a child when appropriate
• Be aware of children's emotional needs and how to support these
• Engage in learning observation skills and manage a group of key children
• Support activities and opportunities in line with the curriculum
