You'll be at the forefront of delivering top-notch service to our awesome community, including students, clients, the media, and other businesses. 🤝 Your interactions will span across email 📧, WhatsApp, phone calls 📞, social media 📱, and in-person encounters.

What you'll be doing:

• Customer Champion: Graciously handling any customer concerns with empathy and a laser focus on finding solutions. 🥰
• Record Keeper Extraordinaire: Keeping our student and customer records up-to-date and super organized. 📊
• Transaction Guru: Processing bookings, orders, and payments smoothly, plus running essential student and customer audits. 💰
• Office Ace: Tackling filing and general office tasks with efficiency. 📁
• Event Support Rockstar: Helping us plan and execute fantastic Mac Nutrition Collective and Martin MacDonald events. This includes finding cool merchandise to buy 🎁, processing event bookings and orders, and researching and connecting with venues. 🌐

Key responsibilities

• Handling dissatisfied customers in an empathetic and solutions-focused manner
• Maintaining student and customer records
• Processing bookings, orders and payments; running student and customer audits
• Filing and general office duties
• Supporting the planning and delivery of events, including researching and purchasing merchandise, processing event bookings/orders, and researching and liaising with venues
