What you'll be doing:

• Front Desk Rockstar: Greeting patients with a smile 🌟, answering calls 📞, and managing patient queries.
• Admin Ace: Handling payments 💰, booking appointments, and keeping track of follow-ups.
• Hygiene Hero: Sterilising and prepping equipment for our dentists 🦷, and keeping treatment areas sparkling clean 🧼.
• Patient Champion: Recording patient records accurately 📝, and ensuring our patients feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their visit 🥰.
• Team Player: Managing stock and supplies 📦, and assisting dentists and the senior team to deliver top-notch patient care. 💪

Key responsibilities

• Performing reception duties, including answering phones and greeting patients
• Managing patient appointments, follow-ups, and processing payments
• Sterilising and preparing dental equipment for procedures
• Recording and managing patient records and supporting patient wellbeing
• Maintaining stock levels and ensuring cleanliness of dental areas
