What you'll be doing:

• Front Desk Rockstar: Answering calls, greeting patients with a friendly face 👋, and managing patient queries like a pro.
• Admin Ace: Handling payments smoothly 💰, booking appointments and follow-ups efficiently 📅, and keeping patient records in tip-top shape 📂.
• Sterilisation Superstar: Ensuring all dental equipment is prepped and sterilised for our dentists.
• Patient Champion: Supporting patient wellbeing and ensuring a positive dental experience from start to finish.
• Team Player: Keeping dental areas sparkling clean ✨, managing stock of essential equipment and supplies 📦.
• All-Rounder: Pitching in with any other duties to support our dentists and senior team, ensuring top-notch patient care.

Key responsibilities
