Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Be the first point of contact: Greeting patients like VIPs and handling phone calls with a friendly vibe. 👋
• Answer the call: Helping patients with their questions and making sure they feel heard. 👂
• Manage the flow: Booking appointments and keeping track of follow-ups to ensure seamless patient journeys. 🗓️
• Keep it clean & safe: Sterilising and prepping equipment so our dentists can do their magic. ✨
• Handle the details: Managing patient records and keeping everything organised. 🗂️
• Patient champions: Supporting patients' wellbeing and making their dental experience a positive one. 😊
• Keep it sparkling: Cleaning dental areas, including chairs, to maintain our high standards. 🧼
• Stock it up: Managing the inventory of equipment and supplies to keep us running smoothly. 📦
• Team players: Stepping up to help our dentists and senior team provide top-notch patient care. 💪
