What you'll be doing:
- Creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, every single visit. 💯
- Becoming the bar's resident expert, dropping awesome drink recommendations. 🍸
- Whipping up and presenting drinks that are on point and taste amazing. 👌
- Greeting customers, serving up delicious food, and generally being awesome while they dine. 🍔
- Keeping the bar safe, legal, and sparkling clean, and sorting out any issues ASAP. 🧼

Your Apprenticeship Journey Includes:
- No boring college lectures! We do work-based training with face-to-face sessions and remote Team calls with your Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks. 🧑💻
- You'll have a dedicated mentor in the pub to guide you. 🤝
- Get your Functional Skills in English and Maths, with support tailored just for you (if you don't already have GCSEs). 📚
- Regular 12-week reviews with feedback sessions involving you, your manager, and your coach. 🎯

Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
- Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers
- Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations
- Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us
- Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible
