Your Apprenticeship Includes:
Forget boring classrooms! Your training is 100% work-based, with a mix of face-to-face sessions and online chats with your dedicated Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks. You'll also have a go-to mentor right here in the pub. Plus, we’ll support you to achieve your Functional Skills in English and Maths (if needed). We’ll check in every 12 weeks with reviews and feedback sessions with you, your manager, and your coach.
On top of working full-time as an Apprentice Chef, you’ll join our unique Chef Academy! Get ready for four masterclasses where you'll dive deep into expert knowledge and master the technical skills in 4 different areas of cooking. 🎓
