Yard Operative ✨

We're looking for a dedicated Yard Operative to join our team! This role is hands-on and essential to keeping our horses and yard running smoothly. If you're passionate about horses and ready to get stuck in, we want to hear from you! 🐎

Your responsibilities will include:

• Daily Yard Maintenance: Mucking out stables 💩, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment.
• Horse Care:
• Tacking up horses and meticulously cleaning tack 🧼.
• Bringing horses in from and turning them out to paddocks ☀️.
• Assisting with grooming tasks like clipping, pulling, trimming, and plaiting manes and tails ✂️.
• Bathing horses and ensuring they are clean and well-presented 🚿.
• Exercising horses through lunging, using the horse walker, and long reining 🏃‍♀️.
• Applying bandages and ensuring horses are comfortable and safe 🩹.
• Changing rugs to suit weather conditions 🧥.
• Holding horses for veterinary, farrier, and dental appointments 🦷🩺.
• Paddock Care: Maintaining the paddocks to ensure they are safe and tidy 🌱.
