Job Title: Manufacturing Assistant 🛠️

Are you ready to dive into the fast-paced world of manufacturing and help us create awesome UPVC windows? We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and become experts in the day-to-day production process. You'll be a key player in ensuring our high standards are met every step of the way. 🚀

What You'll Be Doing:

• Cutting Crew 📏: Get hands-on with our cutting machines! You'll be selecting profiles, loading materials, measuring, and ensuring every cut is spot-on. Plus, you'll label and store your finished products.
• Welding Wizard 🦾: Master our welding machines to build frames and sashes that are perfect matches to their labels. You'll be keeping an eye on temperatures and checking equipment for any issues. Don't forget to scan your creations for tracking!
• Corner Cleaner Pro ✨: Use our machines to give your welded products a pristine clean. Then, it's your job to inspect and make sure everything looks sharp and meets our specs. Scan your work into its new location.
• Window Gearing Guru 🔩: Scan window sashes to confirm hardware needs, then assemble all the necessary bits and bobs. Quality is key here, so check everything thoroughly before scanning it in.
• Window Hanging Hero 🖼️: Similar to gearing, you'll scan sashes, ensure the hardware is right, and assemble it all with precision. Once it's looking good, you'll move it to the next stage.
• Door Gearing Guru 🚪: Scan door sashes, confirm hardware requirements, and assemble everything needed. Double-check the quality before scanning it in.
• Door Hanging Hero 🚪: Just like window hanging, you'll scan sashes, ensure the hardware is correct, and assemble it all. Once it passes your quality check, it's off to the next process.
• Beading Boss 📐: Measure openings to cut beads perfectly using our automated cutting center. You'll scan your work for tracking and then take it to our quality control team.
• Composite Door Creator 🌟: Check the work details to make sure you've got the right specs. Prep frames and slabs, hang the slab in the frame, and ensure top-notch quality before taking it to quality control.
• Quality Control Champion ✅: Scan products to confirm hardware requirements are met, give everything a thorough quality check, add any necessary consumables, and scan it into its final location.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures throughout the manufacturing process.
