• Taking customer calls and booking service appointments. 📞
• Owning customer queries from start to finish – making sure they're sorted! ✅
• Spreading the word about awesome products and services to boost sales and keep customers happy. 😎
• Suggesting repair plans, extended warranties, and accessories to enhance the customer experience. 🎁
• Hitting those targets and smashing goals! 🎯

Key responsibilities

• Handling customer enquiries via incoming and outgoing telephone calls and booking service visits
• Ownership of customer enquiries and follow-through to completion
• Promoting products and services with the aim of generating income for the business and improving customer loyalty
• Selling of repair plans, extended warranties and accessories where appropriate
• Meeting agreed targets set
