Your Apprenticeship Journey:
- You'll be working full-time in our kitchen, learning from experienced chefs, and earning while you train. 🍽️
- Complete a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months.
- Gain a nationally recognised qualification. 🏆
- All training is delivered on-the-job with support from your dedicated Lifetime Learner Coach and an in-house mentor.
- Develop your English and Maths skills (Functional Skills).
- Regular reviews to ensure you're on track.

Pay:
- 16-20 year olds: £10.85 per hour
- 21+ year olds: £12.71 per hour

Key responsibilities
- Support the running of the kitchens.
- Participate in all in-house training and complete assigned learning modules.
- Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and efficiently to brand standard.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and back of house areas.
- Adhere to brand standards, licencing laws and all company policies and procedures.
