About the Role:
As a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice, you'll be at the heart of our pharmacy's daily operations. You'll be the friendly face assisting customers, working closely with our expert team to deliver a safe and efficient service. Plus, you'll be working towards a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship, with all the training and support you need to succeed. 📚
What You'll Be Doing:
- Greeting and helping customers at the medicines counter, answering their questions. 👋
- Helping get prescriptions ready and handed out (with supervision, of course!). 💊
- Managing stock, receiving deliveries, and keeping accurate records. 📦
- Using our pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales. 💻
- Keeping our pharmacy clean, safe, and confidential. ✅
- Teaming up with us to provide top-notch customer service. 🤝
