• Mastering the safe and correct use of hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery. 🔧
• Reading and following engineering drawings, job cards, and work instructions like a pro. 📝
• Performing basic measuring and inspection checks to ensure top-notch quality. ✅
• Assisting with materials handling, preparing components, and keeping our stock organised. 📦
• Keeping your workspace clean, tidy, and safe, adhering to all health and safety procedures. 🚭
• Accurately recording your work and promptly reporting any faults or concerns. 🗣️
• Learning from each department, participating in team briefings, and contributing to continuous improvement. 💡

Your Training & Development:

• You'll be working towards a Level 2 Engineering Operative apprenticeship, gaining valuable on-the-job experience combined with expert off-the-job learning through In-Comm Training. 📚
