What you'll be doing:
You'll dive into the world of insurance, helping individuals and families protect what matters most – from their homes 🏡 to their cars 🚗. As part of our vibrant Sales team, you'll:
- Master the foundations of insurance, customer service, and sales through hands-on experience and awesome training. 📈
- Team up with experienced colleagues to find the perfect insurance solutions for clients.
- Smash sales targets by bringing in new business and keeping existing clients happy. 🎉
- Boost your communication skills, crafting professional emails and confidently chatting with clients and insurers over the phone. 📞
- Build awesome, long-term relationships and deliver top-notch customer service.
- Keep client records shipshape and learn the ins and outs of policy changes and renewals. 🔄
Who we're looking for:
No insurance wizardry required! We'll teach you everything. We need you to be:
- A recent school, sixth form, or college leaver who's eager to impress.
- Super confident chatting with all sorts of people, especially on the phone.
- Resilient and ready to conquer challenges in a fast-paced vibe. ⚡
- Super curious and motivated to learn, with a genuine passion for growth. 🌱
- Energised by targets and committed to delivering results, even when things get tricky.
- A people-person who loves building positive connections.🤝
- Clear and concise in your communication, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable with numbers and handling basic calculations accurately.
- Organised, dependable, and a whiz at managing your time. ⏰
Eligibility Check:
- Must have the full and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
- Must have lived permanently in the UK for the last 3 years.
- Achieved a grade C/4 or above in GCSE English and Maths.
- Don't already have a qualification that's too similar to this apprenticeship.
