What's the Mission? 🎯
You'll kick off with a slick induction before joining the HR dream team, where you’ll work with seasoned pros and gradually take on more!
During the programme, you will:
- Get a taste of everything HR by supporting our HR Advisory and HR Employee Services teams. 🤝
- Be the go-to for colleagues by smashing out HR queries and keeping employee records on point. ✅
- Learn the HR ropes by helping new joiners settle in and understanding how we support people throughout their careers. 🗺️
- Level up your HR knowledge by shadowing awesome HR Advisors and seeing how they handle employee stuff from A to Z. 🧠
- Boost your communication skills by helping managers and employees with their daily questions and requests. 🗣️
- Help us crunch HR data, so the team can whip up sweet reports and insights for the biz. 📊
- Be a legend by helping us keep our HR records super fresh and accurate. 🗂️
Who's the Vibe We're Looking For? 😎
Zero insurance experience needed – we’ll teach you the ropes! 🎓
You’ll be:
- A final-year or recent school leaver ready to make your mark. 🎓
- Someone who genuinely enjoys lending a hand and wants to know how companies look after their people. 🤗
- Able to chat with anyone, from bosses to team members, no sweat. 💬
- Super curious, driven, and buzzing to learn new things. ⚡
- Precise with processes and always aiming for top-notch work. 💯
- Someone who takes the reins and can boss it solo when needed. 💪
- Empathetic, professional, and can handle sensitive stuff like a pro. 💖
- Organised and can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball. 🤹
To snag this apprenticeship, you gotta:
- Have the full and unrestricted green light to work in the UK. 🇬🇧
- Have been living in the UK permanently for the last 3 years. 🏡
- Smashed a Grade C/4 in GCSE English and Maths. 📚
- Not already have a qualification that's too similar to this apprenticeship. ❌
