What You’ll Be Doing:
- Get a solid intro before joining our Commercial & Schemes squad, working with experienced pros and gradually taking on more awesome tasks. 📈
- During the program, you’ll:
- Master the basics of commercial insurance and how an Account Handler rocks client support. 🤓
- Craft clear, professional emails for clients and insurers. 📧
- Build confidence chatting with clients and insurers, smashing queries and grabbing info via email and calls. 🗣️
- Help collect and share info to manage policies and handle client requests like a boss. ✅
- Keep client records sharp and on point. ✍️
- Build lasting relationships and deliver amazing customer service. ✨
- Learn how policy changes and renewals work. 🔄

You’ll be:

To snag this apprenticeship, you’ll need:
- The full and unrestricted right to work in the UK. 🇬🇧
- Lived permanently in the UK for the last 3 years.
- Achieved a grade C/4 in GCSE English and Maths. 📚
- Not already have a qualification that’s too similar to this apprenticeship.
