Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers in branch and answer phone and email enquiries
• Recommend suitable holidays to customers
• Research destinations, hotels, flights and prices
• Prepare quotes and make bookings using booking systems
• Work towards your apprenticeship qualification alongside your day-to-day role
