About the role

🚀 Join our Team as a Learner Support Specialist! 🚀

Ready to make a real impact? We're looking for an awesome individual to join our crew in a dynamic role that blends teaching, career exploration, and boosting essential skills. You'll be a key player in guiding young people (16-24) on their journey to success, equipping them with the skills and confidence they need to shine. ✨

What you'll be doing:

  • Working with a diverse group of learners aged 16-24, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You'll provide crucial small group support, especially during Employability and Work Experience days, and help them level up their Maths and English skills. 📚
  • Being a positive role model, demonstrating great behavior both in our learning spaces and out in the workplace. 🌟
  • Understanding the unique needs of each learner and using creative strategies to help everyone smash their learning goals. 🎯
  • Contributing to tracking progress by supporting the monitoring, recording, and reporting of learner achievements and participation, as directed by the teacher. 📈
  • Inspiring engagement and teaching valuable learning behaviors that foster independent learners. 🌱

If you're passionate about empowering young people and looking for a rewarding role, we want to hear from you! 🙌
