What you'll be doing:

• Providing top-notch IT support to staff and students across the Trust. 👩‍🏫👨‍🎓
• Logging, prioritising, and updating support requests using our IT helpdesk system. 📊
• Assisting with diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. 🛠️
• Supporting user accounts, passwords, devices, printers, and classroom technology. 🖨️
• Gaining invaluable hands-on experience working alongside experienced IT professionals. 🙌
