What you'll be doing:

• Keeping our maintenance stores organised and ensuring we always have the right spare parts on hand. 📦
• Spotting when we need special items and planning their purchase so our projects stay on track, every single time. 🎯
• Making sure our system for storing, finding, and identifying spares is super efficient and easy to use. ✅
• Keeping a close eye on stock levels and re-ordering parts when needed. 📊
• Maintaining top-notch housekeeping and quality standards in everything you do. ✨
• Checking delivery notes and ordering spare parts, whether you're browsing online or making a quick call. 💻📞
• Doing regular reports and analysis on our stock levels. 📈
• Making sure all Health and Safety rules and procedures are followed to the letter. ⛑️

Key responsibilities

• Organising maintenance stores to ensure required stock levels
• Identifying and planning the purchase of non-stock items
• Ensuring efficient spares storage, retrieval, and identification systems
• Monitoring and maintaining stores stock levels, including re-ordering
• Maintaining good housekeeping and high-quality standards in all tasks

Entry requirements

GCSE in: (English (grade 4 / C or above), Maths (grade 4 / C or above))
