What you'll be doing:

• Be the First Point of Contact: Answer calls and be the initial go-to person for our IT department. 📞
• Troubleshoot Like a Pro: Diagnose hardware and software issues, becoming a wizard at fault finding. 🛠️
• Log & Escalate: Keep records of user queries and know when to pass on the tricky stuff to our senior engineers. ⬆️
• Hardware & Software Setup: Help build, install, and deploy new hardware and software to keep things running smoothly. 💿
• Unified Communications Support: Get involved in deploying and supporting our communication systems. 🗣️
• Communicate Clearly: Relay complex technical information both in writing and verbally. ✍️
• Be Flexible: Occasionally, you might need to work a few extra hours. We appreciate your adaptability! ⏰
• Travel Ready: Be prepared to visit other business locations as needed. 🚗

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st Line IT support
• Perform fault diagnosis on hardware and software
• Log customer queries and escalate complex queries to Engineers
• Assist in the build, installation, and deployment of hardware and software
• Assist with unified communications system deployment
