What you'll be doing:

• Mastering the art of logging and tracking support tickets – every call is an opportunity to shine! 📞
• Leveling up by escalating tricky issues to our senior tech wizards. 🧙‍♂️
• Collaborating with our HR/data squad to keep our network and cloud services locked down tight. 🔒
• Keeping a sharp eye on our web filters, antivirus, and monitoring software to ensure top-notch safety. 🛡️
• Being the guardian of our school's wired and wireless networks, making sure only the right people get access. 📶
• Performing regular audits and health checks to keep our tech in peak condition. ✅
• Tackling more advanced challenges like software installations, hardware fixes, and tweaking system/server configurations. 💻

Key responsibilities

• Logging and tracking support tickets
• Escalating unresolved or more complex issues
• Ensuring appropriate accounts are active on networks and cloud services
• Monitoring web filtering, anti-virus, and additional software
• Maintaining wired and wireless networks
