• Joining a dynamic team to create and maintain super safe and encouraging learning spaces for kids. 🏡
• Helping to plan and deliver fun activities that boost children's development across all areas. 🎨
• Making cool observations that connect with the early years curriculum. 🧠
• Being a friendly face and a positive influence for everyone at the nursery – kids, parents, and colleagues! We're all about teamwork. 🤝
• Working closely with parents and colleagues to make sure every child's individual needs are met 24/7 while they're with us. ❤️
• Following nursery routines and policies, and knowing when to ask for backup from your leaders. 👍
• Mastering your time management skills to hit all those coursework deadlines set by your assessor/tutor. ⏰
