What you'll be doing:

- Keep it spotless! 🧼 Make sure the kitchen and back-of-house are always clean and tidy.
- Stock master! 📦 Set up and close down, manage stock rotation, and prep ingredients.
- Stay in the loop! 💡 Know what's happening with our brands, promotions, and new menu items.
- Learning and growing! 🌱 Participate in all training, e-learning, and complete your assigned modules.
- Follow the rules! ✅ Always stick to brand standards, licensing laws, and company policies.
- Keep records tidy! 📝 Complete all necessary documentation and daily/weekly cleaning tasks.
No experience? No problem! We'll teach you everything you need to know! If you're willing to learn, have a love for food, and want to be part of an awesome team, we'll show you how to become a kitchen legend.
Your Apprenticeship Journey:
You'll be working full-time in our kitchen, learning the ropes from experienced chefs while working towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months. This is a work-based training program – no college needed! You'll have regular check-ins with your Lifetime Learner Coach (6 weeks) and a dedicated mentor in the workplace. 💯
You'll also get support to gain your Functional Skills in English and Maths if needed. Regular reviews (every 12 weeks) will keep everyone on track.

Pay:
- 16-20 year olds: £10.85 per hour
- 21+ year olds: £12.71 per hour

Key responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and efficiently to brand standard.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and back of house areas.
- Set up and closedown the department including stock rotation and prep and par process.
- Have open communication with the entire team, assisting other team members whenever possible.
- Participate in all in-house training, e-learning and the completion of assigned learning modules.
