As an Apprentice Early Years Educator, your mission will be to:

• Be a vital part of a supportive team, creating and maintaining safe and nurturing learning environments throughout the nursery. 🤝
• Develop and deliver engaging activities that boost children's growth and development, using observations linked to the early years' curriculum. 💡
• Build positive relationships with everyone in the nursery – children, colleagues, and parents – ensuring every child’s unique needs are met with dedication and care. ❤️
• Embrace and follow our nursery routines and policies, and don't hesitate to reach out to our leadership team for support. 👍
• Master your time management skills to successfully complete your coursework on schedule, meeting all deadlines set by your Trainer/Assessor. ⏰

Key responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to create and maintain safe and supportive learning environments.
• Plan and implement opportunities to enhance children’s development and complete observations linked to the early years' curriculum.
• Interact positively with all nursery users and work in partnership with colleagues and parents.
• Adhere to nursery routines and policies and seek guidance from the leadership team as required.
• Successfully manage time to submit coursework by deadlines.
