What You'll Be Doing:

As a Care Assistant, you'll be a key player supporting our amazing nursing team to provide effective care, all guided by individual care plans. 📝

• Helping Hand: Assist service users with tasks they can't manage alone, and support those who can do some things but still need a little boost. 💪
• Building Connections: Engage with our service users, helping them to participate and make choices about their care. Your interaction matters! 🤗
• Personal Care Pro: Support service users with their personal care needs.
• Manual Handling Support: Assist service users with safe manual handling.
• Digital Records: Keep our electronic care system up-to-date by documenting the support you provide. Think personal care, meals, changes, and more! 💻
