What you'll be doing:

• Help bring our classrooms to life by creating awesome displays ✨ and prepping essential resources 📚.
• Provide dedicated support to students who need that extra push to succeed. 💪
• Understand and champion safeguarding and behaviour policies, playing your part in a safe and positive learning environment. 🛡️
• Collaborate closely with teachers, assisting in various classroom activities. 🤝
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout your school day. 😊
• Help students develop their emotional intelligence, communication, and behaviour management skills. 🗣️💖

Key responsibilities

• Support pupils with numeracy, literacy, and ICT skills
• Help to create displays and prepare classroom resources
• Provide additional help to children to complete tasks
