Apprentice Fabricator/Welder 🚀

Ready to kickstart your career and become a master of metal? We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as full-time Apprentice Fabricator/Welders in Caerphilly! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

What You'll Be Doing:

• Shadowing a seasoned pro to learn all the ins and outs of welding 🛠️
• Getting hands-on with metal fabrication projects
• Mastering essential welding techniques like MIG and TIG 🔥
• Developing your all-round fabrication and fitting skills 📐
• Focusing primarily on structural steel work – think big projects! 🏗️

Your Training & Qualifications:

• You'll be enrolled in a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Welding and Fabrication.
• You'll earn:
• NVQ Diploma in Fabrication and Welding Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering Technology
• Essential Skills qualifications in Application of Number, Communication, and Digital Literacy (Level 2) 🧠

Key Requirements:

• Commitment: Full-time apprenticeship role.
• Travel: You MUST be able to travel to our Caerphilly site and to the XR Training Centre in Pyle once a week. 🚗💨
