You'll be our go-to guru for all things tech, splitting your week between our vibrant primary schools 🏫 and our main High School, Ysgol Maesydderwen.
What you'll be doing:
- Setting up and making sure all our IT gear is running smoothly! 💻
- Tackling minor repairs or calling in the cavalry for bigger fixes. 🛠️
- Installing and upgrading PCs and all the cool software. 🌟
- Showing others how to rock our software with basic training sessions. 🧑🏫
- Being our on-call hero for any tech glitches that pop up. 🦸
- Keeping our equipment inventory sharp and updated. 📊
- Handing out and tracking ICT equipment, including those sweet digital cameras. 📸
- Inspiring everyone to get creative with ICT! ✨
- Getting hands-on in classrooms, the library, and IT suites. 📚
- Helping with IT design projects like awards and publicity. 🎨
You'll be a vital part of our technical support team, helping us deliver the national curriculum and keeping everyone safe. You'll work closely with our senior tech wizards and teaching staff.

Key responsibilities
- Assist with setting up of IT/ICT equipment
- Maintenance or simple repair of IT equipment/apparatus
- Install pcs /hardware
- Install software, evaluate new and existing software
- Provide basic training in /instruction on software
Entry requirements
Essential qualifications (● GCSE (or equivalent) English – Grade A*–C / Level 2 (required) ● GCSE IT or related subject (desirable))
