As part of our team, you'll be supporting our amazing senior practitioners and learning directly from our manager. This is a full-time gig, so get ready for an exciting adventure! 🗓️

This Modern Apprenticeship is a ~12-month journey, and you'll be working towards your SVQ 3 in Social Services: Children and Young People. This is a hands-on, work-based qualification that will make you a qualified pro! 🏆 You'll be employed directly by the nursery, with l&g Learning providing all the support you need for your training. 🌱

Entry requirements

Essential qualifications (You’ll have a head start in this vacancy if you’ve completed a Foundation Apprenticeship in a related field. We’ll need you to provide evidence of your qualification and show you gained the relevant skills from your placement. You should demonstrate a desire to work within the Childcare sector and have some form of relatable experience. Ideally you will have one National 5 qualifications including English. However, we understand that not everyone will have achieved this level of qualification and will take this into consideration. Anyone who has completed a Foundation Apprenticeship in Childcare will get direct access to the interview stage.)
