As a Modern Apprentice, you'll get hands-on experience while working towards your official Early Years qualification. 🎓 You'll be mentored by our experienced team members who are dedicated to helping you grow your skills, boost your confidence, and deepen your understanding of all things childcare. 💪
Your apprenticeship journey will involve an exciting mix of nursery duties, such as:
- 🤩 Supporting children during play, learning, and everyday routines.
- 🎨 Helping to set up and pack away fun activities.
- 🍎 Assisting with snack and meal times.
- 🛡️ Contributing to a safe, caring, and stimulating environment.
- 👀 Observing children's learning and developmental milestones.
- 📚 Engaging with children through stories, songs, outdoor adventures, and creative projects.
- ✅ Following nursery policies and procedures.
- 🤝 Working collaboratively as part of our fantastic team and communicating with colleagues.
- 💻 Completing your apprenticeship tasks, assignments, and online learning modules.
