As a Parts Apprentice, you'll be diving into the daily grind of our parts department, mastering practical skills in stock control, hooking up customers, and keeping things moving smoothly in our buzzing commercial workshop. 🚛

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
- Helping out with ordering, receiving, and stashing vehicle parts. 📦
- Grabbing and handing over parts to our workshop techs. 🛠️
- Keeping our stock records sharp and on point. 📊
- Chilling with internal and external customers, both face-to-face and on the phone. 🗣️
- Giving a hand with general warehouse and parts department tasks. 💪
- Learning the ins and outs of identifying commercial vehicle parts. 🧐
Key responsibilities
- Assisting with ordering, receiving, and storing vehicle parts
- Picking and issuing parts to workshop technicians
- Helping maintain accurate stock records
- Dealing with internal and external customers in person and over the phone
- Supporting general warehouse and parts department duties
Entry requirements
Essential qualifications (• A strong interest in vehicles, mechanics, or the automotive industry • Willingness to learn and develop new skills • Good communication and teamwork abilities • Basic IT and numeracy skills • Reliability and a positive attitude • No prior experience required – full training provided)
