As a Parts Apprentice, you'll be the backbone of our parts department, learning the ins and outs of stock management, customer service, and logistics in our buzzing commercial workshop. 🚛 You'll be mentored by our seasoned pros who are stoked to guide and support you every step of the way.

What you'll be doing:

• Helping out with ordering, receiving, and storing all things vehicle parts. 📦
• Picking and handing over parts to our awesome workshop technicians. 🔧
• Keeping our stock records on point and super accurate. 💯
• Chatting with customers (both inside and outside the business!) in person and on the phone. 🗣️
• Lending a hand with general warehouse and parts department tasks. 🙌
• Learning to identify all sorts of cool commercial vehicle components. 💡

Key responsibilities

• Assisting with ordering, receiving, and storing vehicle parts
• Picking and issuing parts to workshop technicians
• Helping maintain accurate stock records
• Dealing with internal and external customers in person and over the phone
• Supporting general warehouse and parts department duties

Entry requirements

Essential qualifications (• A strong interest in vehicles, mechanics, or the automotive industry • Willingness to learn and develop new skills • Good communication and teamwork abilities • Basic IT and numeracy skills • Reliability and a positive attitude • No prior experience required – full training provided)
